Slice Chicken Kastu and Kentucky

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack of Unifood Kentucky flour
  • 7 tablespoons cold water
  • 250 gr chicken fillet
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs

GARNISH:

  • French fries
  • Chili Sauce
  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Lettuce

SERVING INSTRUCTIONS

For Chicken Katsu

  • Flatten 1 cm thickness of chicken fillet by the way pound the chicken.

For Kentucky Chicken

  • Take 2 full tablespoons of Unifood Kentucky flour mixed with 7 tablespoons of cold water (wet flour), then mix it well.
  • Prepare 100 gr of Unifood Kentucky seasoning flour (dry flour)
  • Roll the chicken fillet in dry flour.
  • Then roll the chicken fillet in wet flour dough that has been made. Repeat rolls the chicken on dry flour.
  • Fried the chicken (deep frying) using a medium heat until turns brown.
  • Serve using the fries, chili sauce, and give tomato, cucumber and lettuce as a garnish.
