Pondan Sticky Rice Steam Brownies is a new variant of steam brownies range.
Made from quality dark sticky rice, these steam brownies will give you a delicious and genuine taste of sticky rice cake.
Ingredients :
- Dark Sticky Rice flavour
- Sugar
- Skim milk powder
- Coconut milk powder
- Emulsifier
- Baking powder
- Salt
- Vanilla flavour
Tips :
Baking is done when toothpick inserted in the centre of cake comes out clean. For a perfect steaming, use a perforated tray with larger holes.
How to make :

Bring steamer to boil.

Beat eggs at high speed for ± 4 minutes until foamy. Add Pondan Sticky Rice Steam Brownies Cakemix then beat again at high speed for 6-7 minutes until the batter is thick.

Add instant coconut milk and mix well using a wooden spoon or spatula.

Pour batter into a 18x18x7 cm margarine greased baking pan.

Steam with high flame for about 25-30 minutes until done.

Lift baking pan out of steamer then let it cool until Sticky Rice Steamed Brownies can be taken out from the pan. Ready to serve.
