Pondan Sticky Rice Steam Brownies is a new variant of steam brownies range.
Made from quality dark sticky rice, these steam brownies will give you a delicious and genuine taste of sticky rice cake.

Ingredients :
  • Dark Sticky Rice flavour
  • Sugar
  • Skim milk powder
  • Coconut milk powder
  • Emulsifier
  • Baking powder
  • Salt
  • Vanilla flavour

Tips :
Baking is done when toothpick inserted in the centre of cake comes out clean. For a perfect steaming, use a perforated tray with larger holes.

How to make :

  • Bring steamer to boil.
  • Beat eggs at high speed for ± 4 minutes until foamy. Add Pondan Sticky Rice Steam Brownies Cakemix then beat again at high speed for 6-7 minutes until the batter is thick.
  • Add instant coconut milk and mix well using a wooden spoon or spatula.
  • Pour batter into a 18x18x7 cm margarine greased baking pan.
  • Steam with high flame for about 25-30 minutes until done.
  • Lift baking pan out of steamer then let it cool until Sticky Rice Steamed Brownies can be taken out from the pan. Ready to serve.
