INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pouch Pudding Vanilla Pondan Pudding
- 2 eggs
- ¼ teaspoon of pandan paste
- 450 cc of pandanus boiled water
- 200 ml of water
- 200 ml thick coconut milk
- 1 sheet of pandan leaves
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 800 ml of water
- 200 gr brown sugar
- 1 sheet of pandan leaves
- 1 teaspoon rice flour
- 1 teaspoon glutinous rice flour
- Banana horn
- Sugar palm fruit jam
TOOLS:
- Pan
- Sheet pan
- Bowl or serving glass
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pour 1 pouch of Pudding Flan Vanilla Pondan into a pan
- Crack 2 eggs and put them in the pan
- Put ¼ teaspoon of pandan paste into the pan
- Pour 450 cc of pandan leaf cooking water into the pan
- Mix well all ingredients. Heat until it boils
- Pour the mixed liquid into a sheet pan. Put it in the fridge
- Pour 200 ml of water and 200 ml thick coconut milk into a pan
- Add 1 sheet of pandan leaf to the pan
- Add ½ teaspoon of salt to the pan
- Mix well all ingredients. Cook the coconut milk sauce until it boils
- Pour 800 ml of water into another pan
- Add 200 grams of palm sugar to the pan
- Add 1 sheet of pandan leaf to the pan. Boil all ingredients until dissolved
- Add 1 teaspoon of rice flour and 1 teaspoon of glutinous rice flour. Stir slowly
- Add the banana slices and pandan pudding pieces
- Add sugar palm fruit jam. Mix well all the ingredients.
- Decorate it, and Banana Pudding Kolak Pondan is ready to be enjoyed!
