INGREDIENTS

- Dark Chocolate
- Cherry
- Red Cherry
- Mint Leaves
HOW TO MAKE :
- Preheat oven (200 ° C)
- Beat eggs for 2 minutes until fluffy
- Enter the flour Pondan black forest, then shake with high speed for 6 -7 minutes until the dough thickens
- Enter the brown paste (in the package), liquid margarine that has been cooled into the dough, mix well
- Put the dough into 3 pan (sized 22 cm) that has been lubricated margarine
- Bake for 25 minutes
- Get the cake from the mold
- The shape of the cake becomes round and insert it in a round mold
- Apply whip cream pondan on the cake, give cherries, pile with the cake back
- Repeat the above steps to 2 layers and apply whip cream at the top of the cake
- Put in the cooler until hard, remove the mold, decorate it with chocolate ornaments, red cherries and mint leaves
