  • 1 pack of Pondan black forest 400 gr
  • 6 eggs
  • 150 g liquid margarine
  • chocolate paste (in packaging)


  • Whip cream Pondan
  • Dark Chocolate
  • Cherry
  • Red Cherry
  • Mint Leaves


  • Preheat oven (200 ° C)
  • Beat eggs for 2 minutes until fluffy
  • Enter the flour Pondan black forest, then shake with high speed for 6 -7 minutes until the dough thickens
  • Enter the brown paste (in the package), liquid margarine that has been cooled into the dough, mix well
  • Put the dough into 3 pan (sized 22 cm) that has been lubricated margarine
  • Bake for 25 minutes
  • Get the cake from the mold
  • The shape of the cake becomes round and insert it in a round mold
  • Apply whip cream pondan on the cake, give cherries, pile with the cake back
  • Repeat the above steps to 2 layers and apply whip cream at the top of the cake
  • Put in the cooler until hard, remove the mold, decorate it with chocolate ornaments, red cherries and mint leaves
