Special Steamed Bolu


  • 1 pack of special steamed bake pond 400 gr

  • Saute 2 tablespoons red onion (finely sliced) and garlic with 1 tablespoon margarine to yellow

  • Enter 150 grams of chicken meat (finely chopped), stir-fry until color changes

  • Enter 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, salt, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, pepper, water to taste

  • Pour back 1/3 batter over steamed dough, sprinkle minced chicken, celery and red bell pepper and add the last remaining dough, sprinkle minced chicken, celery, red bell pepper and steam for 15 minutes
  • Take the cake from the pan and decorate it with parsley leaves
