INGREDIENTS :
- brownies Pondan
- 5 eggs
- 100 gr chocolate Block
- 100 gr Margarine
- 50 gr butter
- Cheese smeared to taste
TOPPING
- Whip cream Pondan
- Grated cheese
- Cherry
- Chocolate
- Green Tea Stick
- mint Leaves
HOW TO MAKE:
- Combine chocolate blocks, margarine and butter in one container then liqueze over boiled water cooked over the stove (on the team)
- Heat the steamer with a large fire before shaking the egg
- Beat eggs at high speed ± 2 minutes until fluffy
- Enter the steamed Pondan Brownies powder at high speed for ± 4 minutes until the dough is thickened
- Enter the cooled chocolate team into the dough then stir it evenly with soletan
- First insert 1/3 of the dough into a 20 x 20 x 7cm square-size baking sheet with margarine and baked bread rolls, steamed over high heat for ± 10 minutes.
- Second enter 2/3 of remaining part of dough over steamed Brownies Brown then steam back ± 15 minutes until done.
- Cut Brownies into 2 pieces.
- Apply cheese smeared on 1 part / pieces steamed brownies.
- Pile with 1 part / piece of other steamed brownies.
- Spread the topical cheese on top.
- Sprinkle grated cheese and decorate with whip cream pondan, cherries, chocolate, green tea sticks, and mint leaves.

- Skimmed milk powder
- Developer of sodium bicarbonate
- Phosphate stabilizer
- Vegetable emulsifier
- Artificial chocolate spice
- Food coloring: Blue Diamonds CI 42090, Tartrazine CI 19140, Karmoisin CI 14720, Chocolate HT CI 20285
