INGREDIENTS:
- 6 eggs
- 1 package of Pondan Sponge Cake Vanilla
- 150 gr of melted butter
- Enough pieces of dates
- Enough chocolate
TOOLS:
- Bowl
- Mixer
- Spatula
- Baking sheet
- Oven
- Pan
- Piping bag
- Plate
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Crack 6 eggs and pour them into a bowl
- Beat the eggs with a high speed mixer for 2 minutes
- Turn off the mixer. Pour 1 package of Pondan Sponge Cake into the bowl gradually
- Beat the dough with a low speed mixer until evenly distributed
- After the dough is even, mix it with a high speed mixer for 7 minutes
- Pour 150 grams of melted butter. Stir with a spatula
- When the butter is evenly distributed, place the dates in the bowl
- Gently stir the batter and dates for a moment
- Pour the mixture into a baking sheet
- Bake the mixture in an oven at 180 °C for 20 minutes
- After 20 minutes, lower the oven temperature to 170 °C. Bake again for 25 minutes
- Melt the chocolate in the pan
- Put the chocolate in the piping bag
- Serve the cooked date cake on a serving plate
- Pour melted chocolate on the edges of the date cake
- Sprinkle it with refined sugar, and Date Cake Pondan is ready to eat!
