Garlic & Cheese Donuts Pondan – My grandchild, garlic & cheese donuts is guaranteed to make you drool, huh. But, how if Grandma creates recipe for donuts? You must try my latest recipe.


  • 1 bks Pondan Indo Donut
  • 125 ml of water
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 60 gr margarine
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 200 gr mozzarella cheese
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 100 gr butter
  • 10 grams of green onions


  • Bowl
  • Knife
  • Plastic wrap
  • Baking tray
  • Pan
  • Oven


  1. Prepare 125 ml of water. Mix 1 pack of instant yeast from Pondan packaging with water
  2. Put 1 bks of Pondan Indo Donat flour into the bowl filled with yeast
  3. Put 3 egg yolks in a bowl
  4. Put 60 grams of margarine in a bowl
  5. Put ½ teaspoon of salt in a bowl
  6. Stir all ingredients by hand. Knead it until it doesn’t stick to your hand
  7. Divide the dough into 16 pieces
  8. Add 200 grams of mozzarella cheese that has been cut into squares into the center of the dough
  9. Cover tightly the dough, form a round shape. Cover the dough with plastic wrap. Let stand for 60 minutes
  10. While waiting for the dough to rise, make the garlic sauce. Chop 5 garlic cloves, put in the pan
  11. Put 100 grams of butter in the pan
  12. Put 10 grams of spring onions in the pan
  13. Mix all ingredients well. Cook until fragrant
  14. Turn on the stove. Heat the oil over medium heat
  15. When hot, put the donuts in the pan. Fry the donuts until they are golden brown
  16. Remove the cooked donuts. Arrange on a flat baking sheet
  17. Rub the donuts with garlic sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese
  18. Bake donuts in the oven at 150 C for 10 minutes
