INGREDIENTS
- 1 bks Pondan Indo Donut
- 125 ml of water
- 3 egg yolks
- 60 gr margarine
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 200 gr mozzarella cheese
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 100 gr butter
- 10 grams of green onions
TOOLS
- Bowl
- Knife
- Plastic wrap
- Baking tray
- Pan
- Oven
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare 125 ml of water. Mix 1 pack of instant yeast from Pondan packaging with water
- Put 1 bks of Pondan Indo Donat flour into the bowl filled with yeast
- Put 3 egg yolks in a bowl
- Put 60 grams of margarine in a bowl
- Put ½ teaspoon of salt in a bowl
- Stir all ingredients by hand. Knead it until it doesn’t stick to your hand
- Divide the dough into 16 pieces
- Add 200 grams of mozzarella cheese that has been cut into squares into the center of the dough
- Cover tightly the dough, form a round shape. Cover the dough with plastic wrap. Let stand for 60 minutes
- While waiting for the dough to rise, make the garlic sauce. Chop 5 garlic cloves, put in the pan
- Put 100 grams of butter in the pan
- Put 10 grams of spring onions in the pan
- Mix all ingredients well. Cook until fragrant
- Turn on the stove. Heat the oil over medium heat
- When hot, put the donuts in the pan. Fry the donuts until they are golden brown
- Remove the cooked donuts. Arrange on a flat baking sheet
- Rub the donuts with garlic sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese
- Bake donuts in the oven at 150 C for 10 minutes
