How To Make Donut Satay Pondan


  • 1 pack of 350 gr Pondan Indo Donut
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 125 mL of water
  • 60 gr margarine


  • Melted chocolate
  • Meses
  • Grated cheese
  • Chocolate stick


  • Pour 1 pack of instant yeast (inside the pack) into a measuring cup contains 125 mL
  • Mix all ingredients (Pondan Indo donuts flour, egg yolks, water and yeast, margarine)
  • Stir with spiral whisk or whisk with hands, knead until tender (not stick in a hand)
  • Divide the batter evenly into 16 parts, rounded the batter with hands
  • Pin the batter with satay prickers (1 pin 4 donuts)
  • Put above the tray / baking pan with margarine already
  • Cover the pan with transparent plastic sheet and put it under the sun In order to expand the batter maximal
  • Let it settle for ± 60 Minutes
  • Fry the donuts batter with over medium heat until turns yellow, then remove and drain
  • Decorate with melted chocolate, and topping of your choice.
