INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack of 350 gr Pondan Indo Donut
- 3 egg yolks
- 125 mL of water
- 60 gr margarine
GARNISH
- Melted chocolate
- Meses
- Grated cheese
- Chocolate stick
HOW TO MAKE
- Pour 1 pack of instant yeast (inside the pack) into a measuring cup contains 125 mL
- Mix all ingredients (Pondan Indo donuts flour, egg yolks, water and yeast, margarine)
- Stir with spiral whisk or whisk with hands, knead until tender (not stick in a hand)
- Divide the batter evenly into 16 parts, rounded the batter with hands
- Pin the batter with satay prickers (1 pin 4 donuts)
- Put above the tray / baking pan with margarine already
- Cover the pan with transparent plastic sheet and put it under the sun In order to expand the batter maximal
- Let it settle for ± 60 Minutes
- Fry the donuts batter with over medium heat until turns yellow, then remove and drain
- Decorate with melted chocolate, and topping of your choice.
