How To Make Fruit Puding Caramel


  • 1 pouch Pondan Puding vanilla caramel flan
  • 600 mL Boiling Water
  • 100 gr Sand Sugar


  • Caramel Chocolate
  • Whip cream Pondan
  • Cheery
  • Kiwi Fruits
  • Peach Fruits
  • Strawberry Fruits
  • Mint Leave


  • Enter 100 grams of sugar and 1 tablespoon of water into a cooking pot.

  • Cook over the stove with a small fire 180˚C (occasionally pan shake but not stirred) until the sugar color turns to dark brown nodes.

  • Immediately pour into prepared mold, let stand until it is hard and cold. Set aside first.

  • Prepare exactly 600 mL of boiling water and then pour into a large bowl container. Pour the instant pudding powder bit by bit into boiling water while stirring for ± 4 minutes until flattened and no lumps.

  • Pour into mold that has been filled caramel that has been cold. Let stand until Pudding hardens

  • Invert the mold, remove the nipple and decorate it with whip cream, from, fruits, caramel chocolate mint leaves.
