INGREDIENTS
- 1 pouch Pondan Puding vanilla caramel flan
- 600 mL Boiling Water
- 100 gr Sand Sugar

- Caramel Chocolate
- Whip cream Pondan
- Cheery
- Kiwi Fruits
- Peach Fruits
- Strawberry Fruits
- Mint Leave
HOW TO MAKE

Enter 100 grams of sugar and 1 tablespoon of water into a cooking pot.

Cook over the stove with a small fire 180˚C (occasionally pan shake but not stirred) until the sugar color turns to dark brown nodes.

Immediately pour into prepared mold, let stand until it is hard and cold. Set aside first.

Prepare exactly 600 mL of boiling water and then pour into a large bowl container. Pour the instant pudding powder bit by bit into boiling water while stirring for ± 4 minutes until flattened and no lumps.

Pour into mold that has been filled caramel that has been cold. Let stand until Pudding hardens
- Invert the mold, remove the nipple and decorate it with whip cream, from, fruits, caramel chocolate mint leaves.
