Korean Butter Chicken Unifood

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 pieces of chicken drumsticks
  • 1 box of Tepung Bumbu ala Kentucky Unifood
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 7 tablespoons of ice water
  • Cooking oil
  • 3 tablespoons of salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of Gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Sesame seeds

TOOLS:

  • Bowls
  • Frying pan
  • Pan

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add 4 pieces of chicken drumsticks to a bowl
  2. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper to taste
  3. Mix the seasonings and chicken. Let stand for 20-30 minutes
  4. Pour 2 tablespoons of Tepung Bumbu ala Kentucky Unifood into the bowl
  5. Pour 7 tablespoons of ice water into the flour mixture. Stir well
  6. Pour Tepung Bumbu ala Kentucky Unifood into a separate bowl
  7. Dredge the chicken one by one with dry flour
  8. Add chicken to the wet flour
  9. Add chicken to the dry flour again while kneading it
  10. Heat the oil in a frying pan to 170 °C
  11. Fry the chicken until golden brown. Put it on a plate after fully cooked
  12. Add 3 tablespoons of salted butter to another pan
  13. Add 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic to the pan
  14. Pour 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 cup of granulated sugar into the pan
  15. Cook the mixture with low heat while stirring it
  16. Add 2 tablespoons of Gochujang to the pan
  17. Add 1 tablespoon honey to the pan. Stir all the ingredients until the sauce is even
  18. Add the fried chicken to the sauce until it is evenly covered
  19. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, and Korean Butter Chicken is ready to be enjoyed!
