INGREDIENTS
- 115 gr macaroni
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Unifood Kentucky Seasoned Flour
- 240 ml of liquid milk
- Pepper
- 240 grams of cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs

INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat the water to a boil. Pour 115 grams of macaroni into the pan
- Boil the macaroni for 7-9 minutes. Once cooked, remove and drain the macaroni
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Put it in a bowl
- Pour 2 tbsp Unifood Kentucky Seasoning Flour. Mix well with butter
- Pour 240 ml of liquid milk into a bowl.
- Add a pinch of pepper
- Add 240 grams of grated cheddar cheese gradually
- Stir until the milk and cheese are melted
- Add the drained macaroni to the cheese mixture
- Stir the macaroni well until it thickens
- After the macaroni is well mixed, wait for it to cool slightly and pour into the molds
- Roll out the mac & cheese dough. Chill in the freezer for 2 hours
- Remove the hardened mac & cheese. Cut lengthwise
- Cover one by one mac & cheese with Unifood Kentucky Seasoning Flour
- Then, coat with beaten egg
- Balur mac & cheese back with Unifood Kentucky Seasoning Flour
- Fry over medium heat until golden brown and crispy
