ROSE PUDDING STRAWBERRY

INGREDIENTS :

• 1 pack Pondan pudding mix
• 500 mL water
• Food coloring to taste (red color)

TOPPING :

HOW TO MAKE : 

• Bring to a boil of 500 mL of water, reduce the heat and enter the Pondan strawberry pudding mix into boiling water, stirring
• Stir gently until it boils again
• Let it boil for 3 minutes
• Separate the pudding into 2 parts
• Place 1/2 pudding into the glass mold
• Let it cool
• Add the red dye to 1/2 of the remaining part of the pudding, stirring evenly, pour the pudding into the rose mold
• Get the pudding in a rose mold, then pile on top of it a pudding of a glass mold, ornament it with strawberries and mint leaves
