Pondan Gyukaku Pudding

  • 10 tbsp of water

HOW TO MAKE

  1. To make the milk pudding, pour 375 ml heavy cream into a pot
  2. Pour 375 ml of full cream milk into the pot
  3. Pour 1 pouch of Pondan Pudding Flan Vanilla into the pot
  4. Stir all the ingredients well. Turn on the stove, then cook the pudding mixture over medium heat
  5. After boiling, pour the pudding mixture into a serving bowl
  6. Next, to make the caramel sauce, put 10 tablespoons of brown sugar in a pot
  7. Pour 10 tablespoons of water into the pot. Cook over low heat until the solution thickens
  8. Pour the caramel sauce onto the pudding
  9. Sprinkle the pudding with pounded peanuts
