Pondan Spider Web Cake

INGREDIENTS

1 box of Pondan Pancake Mix Original

175 ml of water

2 eggs

 

TOOLS

Bowl

Whisk

Frying pan or Teflon

Piping bag

Spatula

Plate

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pour 1 box of Pondan Original Pancake Mix into a bowl
2. Pour 175 ml of water into the bowl
3. Crack 2 eggs and add them into the bowl
4. Mix all ingredients using a whisk for about 5-10 seconds
5. Place the mixture in a piping bag
6. Heat a frying pan or Teflon pan over low heat
7. Pour the mixture into the pan at random pattern to form a cobweb
8. After it’s well-cooked or bubble holes appear, roll it slowly
9. Lift and place it on a plate. Repeat the steps to make other cakes
10. Decorate it, and Pondan Spider Web Cake is ready to serve!
