Bika Ambon Cake is one of Indonesian traditional dishes that is distinctive and tasty. Now you can easily make Bika Ambon with Powder Pondan.
How To Make :
Add the instant yeast into 50 mL water, stir and let stand.
Beat the eggs at high speed for 8 minutes until fluffy.
Add the flour of Pondan Bika Ambon and the yeast that has been dissolved into the egg whisk, stirring evenly by hand.
Added grated lemon skin (take the yellow part)
Add thick coconut milk and margarine, stir well and let stand for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Spread the mold with vegetable oil and heat it on a low heat for 10 minutes
Put the dough into the hot mold, wait until the surface nest and then back to yellowish.
Arrange the cake on a serving plate, decorate it with mandarin orange slices, give cherries and mint leaves.
There is no baking time listed
I tried many many times but it did not turn out like the picture and no honeycomb, just a few.

I think you need to fire your Test Kitchen & start again. This is ridiculous instructions!! Where do you pick your staff?
The instructions are different than what is on the box! Also – from the box instructions, it’s totally unclear if “instant coconut milk” is just powder or with liquid added! There is no pan size recommended. Confusing for any home cook.
