What you need:
- 100ml water
- 1 egg (± 65g)
- Heat a non-sticky (Tefon) wok for ± 2 minutes with low heat.
- Mix Pondan Pancake Mix Original, water and egg into one into a bowl, then stir with hand whisk (balloon whisk) until evenly for ± 5-10 seconds (not too long because the dough can dilute)
- Pour 1 tablespoon vegetable dough over (precisely in the center) a preheated frying pan (teflon). Bake for ± 2 minutes until pore pores appear (formed nest) on the surface. Turn the pancake and continue grilling for ± 5-10 seconds then lift.
- Serve with your favorite maple perfume syrup. Produce ± 6 delicious pancakes.
