Cake Rolled PONDAN Bolu Flour Specials can be used to make Bolu steamed layer of meat / corned beef, trio layer, srikaya layer, rose and Zebra (see front picture). In addition, this Cake Flour can also be used to make a baked spoon (recipe contained in this box).
COMPOSITION:
- Wheat Flour,
- Cornflour
- Refined sugar
- Skimmed milk powder
- Baking powder
- Vegetable emulsifier
- Vanila Perisa.
HEAT a steamer with a big fire before shaking the egg.
CHOOSE the eggs at high speed for ± 4 minutes until fluffy.
INSERT cake PONDAN Special Steamed Cake Powder, then shake again at high speed for ± 7 minutes until a thick white dough.
TAKE 1/3 the dough, mix it with a powdered chocolate solution.
INSERT liquid margarine that has been cooled into a plain dough, then stir until evenly distributed.
PURCHASE 4 tablespoons of plain dough in the center of a round pan (22 cm in size) that has been smeared with margarine, then pour 2 tablespoons of chocolate dough in the middle of the plain dough, repeat this treatment until the dough runs out and the top dough should be a plain dough .
KUKUS with big fire until cooked for ± 25 minutes.
