INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack of Unifood Kentucky flour
- 7 tablespoons cold water
- 250 gr chicken fillet
- 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
GARNISH:
- French fries
- Chili Sauce
- Tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Lettuce
SERVING INSTRUCTIONS
For Chicken Katsu
- Flatten 1 cm thickness of chicken fillet by the way pound the chicken.

For Kentucky Chicken
- Take 2 full tablespoons of Unifood Kentucky flour mixed with 7 tablespoons of cold water (wet flour), then mix it well.
- Prepare 100 gr of Unifood Kentucky seasoning flour (dry flour)
- Roll the chicken fillet in dry flour.
- Then roll the chicken fillet in wet flour dough that has been made. Repeat rolls the chicken on dry flour.
