Brownie Ketan Hitam Pondan Coating

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Pondan Brownies Kukus Ketan Hitam Lapis Pandan
  • 3 eggs
  • 120 mL of cooked coconut milk
  • Coconut meat

Garnish :

  • Butter cream
  • Pandan leaves
  • Cherry
  • Grated coconut

Serving Instructions :

  • Preheat the steamer with a large fire
  • Whisk 1 ½ eggs at high speed for 2 minutes until expands
  • Pour Pondan Brownies Kukus Ketan Hitam flour and baking powder (inside the pack
  • Whisk back at high speed for 6-7 minutes until the batter expands and thick
  • Pour 60 mL of cooked coconut milk, mix well with a spatula
  • Pour into pan (20 x 9 x 7 cm) which has been lined with baking paper and spread with margarine
  • Steam for 10 minutes in the steamer that boiling already
  • While waiting, whisk 1 ½ eggs at high speed for 2 minutes until expands
  • Pour the Brownies Kukus Ketan Pandan flour and baking powder 2 (inside the pack)
  • Whisk back at high speed for 6-7 minutes until the batter expands and thick
  • Pour 60 mL of cooked coconut milk, mix well with a spatula and pour over brownies ketan hitam and add the coconut meat.
  • Steam for 15 minutes, remove from the pan and let it cool
  • Decorate it with butter cream, pandan leaves, cherry and grated coconut as garnish
