Kue kering yang satu ini, memiliki topping choco chip dan parutan kelapa. Ada pun bahan yang digunakan seperti mentega, margarin, gula halus, telur, dan susu bubuk.
Cara membuatnya cukup mudah, terlebih kue kering ini tidak perlu dicetak menggunakan cetakan khusus. Selain itu, panggang dalam oven selama 20 menit dengan suhu stabil 160 derajat celsius.

Resep kue thumbprint kelapa cokelat
Bahan
100 gram mentega
125 gram margarin
60 gram gula halus
2 butir kuning telur
100 gram kelapa parut kering
250 gram tepung terigu protein rendah
30 gram tepung maizena
30 gram susu bubuk
1/2 sdt vanili bubuk
1/4 sdt garam
Bahan topping
50 gram cokelat chip
50 gram kelapa parut kering
Cara membuat kue thumbprint kelapa cokelat
Siapkan wadah bersih, masukkan margarin, mentega, dan gula halus hingga lembut. Tambahkan kuning telur, kocok kembali hingga tercampur rata. Masukkan kelapa parut kering hingga rata. Masukkan tepung terigu, maizena, susu bubuk, vanili bubuk, dan garam. Aduk hingga semuanya tercampur rata. Ambil satu sendok teh adonan kukis, bentuk bulat dan pipihkan. Gulingkan kukis pada kelapa parut kering. Beri cokelat chip di tengahnya. Panggang dalam oven dengan suhu sekitar 160 derajat celsius selama 20 menit atau hingga matang. Angkat dan dinginkan, simpan dalam stoples kedap udara.
#Note#: Gak perlu repot dengan resep manual bisa gunakan produk PONDAN Nastar/Kaastengel sebagai bahan nya dan tinggal tambahkan kelapa parut dan toping coklat atau sesuai selera anda.
