Pukis Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
- 300g Pondan Pukis Cake premix
- 3 eggs
- 25g melted margarine
- 2 tablespoons water (± 20ml)
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 5g Yeast
Instructions:
- Soak 5g of yeast in 2 tablespoons of water (yeast is included in the package).
- Beat the eggs with a mixer at high speed for approximately 5 minutes.
- Add Pukis Cake premix, coconut milk, and soaked yeast. Mix at low speed until evenly mixed for approximately 1 minute.
- Let the batter rest for approximately 1 hour (cover with a cloth) until it expands. Add melted margarine and stir until evenly mixed.
- Heat the mold for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Once heated, fill the mold with the batter up to 3/4 full. Bake over medium heat at 170°C (lowest stove flame or number 1) for approximately 5-6 minutes. Bake until cooked, yielding about 20 pukis cakes.
- The dish is ready to be enjoyed.
