Fruit sando adalah sandwich Jepang yang terdiri dari lapisan buah-buahan segar dan whipped cream di antara dua potong roti tawar. Makanan ini sangat populer di Jepang dan telah menyebar ke berbagai negara lainnya.

Fruit sando biasanya disajikan sebagai camilan atau hidangan penutup ringan. Keindahan dari fruit sando terletak pada penyusunan buah-buahan yang cantik dan penampilannya yang menarik secara visual, menjadikannya tidak hanya lezat tetapi juga menarik untuk dinikmati.
Selain nikmat untuk dikonsumsi sendiri, fruit sando juga bisa dijadikan ide usaha. Berikut cara membuat fruit sando dengan Pondan Whip Cream:
Bahan-bahan:
- Roti tawar (putih atau gandum) secukupnya
- Buah stroberi, kiwi, jeruk dan buah lainnya. Potong sesuai selera
- Pondan Whip Cream, tersedia kemasan 100g, 150g dan 200g
Cara membuat:
- Siapkan Buah-buahan: Cuci bersih buah-buahan yang akan digunakan dan potong sesuai dengan keinginan. Pastikan buah-buahan sudah matang dan segar.
- Siapkan Pondan Whip Cream:
- Siapkan air es (campur air dengan es batu, sampai suhunya dingin sekali), takar sebanyak 200ml.
- Campur Pondan Whip Cream 100g dengan 200ml air es. Kocok dengan kecepatan tinggi selama 6-7 menit menggunakan mixer, sampai kental dan mengembang. Whip cream siap digunakan.
- Susun roti dan buah: Ambil selembar roti tawar, oleskan Pondan Whip Cream secukupnya di atasnya. Susun potongan buah-buahan di atasnya dengan rapi.
- Tambah Lapisan: Letakkan selembar roti tawar lagi di atasnya dan tekan perlahan agar bahan-bahan menyatu.
- Bungkus roti: Sandwich yang sudah jadi dibungkus dengan plastik wrap.
- Simpan: Simpan di lemari pendingin agar whip cream lebih set.
- Potong dan sajikan: Potong diagonal agar sandwich berbentuk segitiga.
