  • 6 eggs (± 350g)
  • 30g grated cheddar cheese
  • 100g margarine
  • 50g butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the steamer over high heat.
  2. Melt 30g of grated cheddar cheese, 50g of margarine, and 25g of butter, then let it cool. Melt the remaining margarine and butter (for the chocolate brownies batter), then let it cool.
  3. Beat 3 eggs at high speed for ± 2 minutes until fluffy. Add Pondan Chocolate Brownies premix, beat again at high speed for ± 6-7 minutes until the batter thickens. Add melted margarine and butter, then mix well with a spatula. Pour the batter into a 20x20x7 cm pan lined with parchment paper and greased with margarine. Steam over high heat for ± 10 minutes.
  4. While waiting, beat 3 eggs at high speed for ± 2 minutes until fluffy. Add Pondan Cheese Brownies premix, then beat again at high speed for ± 6-7 minutes until the batter thickens. Add the melted cheese, then mix well with a spatula.
  5. After steaming the chocolate brownies for ± 10 minutes, pour the cheese brownies batter over the chocolate brownies and continue steaming for ± 15 minutes until cooked. Remove from the steamer and let it cool.
  6. Serve your Chocolate Cheese Steamed Brownies with Pondan Whip Cream, buttercream, or jam according to your preference, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
